DormDrop is a free student initiative that helps Charles University dorm residents pass on items they no longer need and find things they do — from a neighbour, not a stranger.
Non-commercial student pilot. DormDrop is operated by Joel Kwasi Asare-Apawu (natural person), Prague. It does not process payments, does not mediate transactions, and is not a party to any agreement between users. All exchanges are arranged directly between students. The operator does not verify listings or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information.
Every semester, students leave their dorms and abandon perfectly usable things because there is no easy way to pass them on. And students moving in buy the same things from scratch. DormDrop connects them.
Four ways to pass on items or find exactly what you need — all within your dorm community.
Three steps. No fees, no middlemen, no strangers from outside your building.
Sign up with your Charles University email. List an item in 60 seconds or browse what is available in your building right now.
Sign in to see contact details. Agree on a time and place directly with the other student — no middleman involved.
Everything happens within your building. No shipping, no waiting, no strangers from outside.
Sign up with your Charles University email. It takes 30 seconds and it is completely free.
